Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst
Progression3 is in search of a Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst. This role is 100% remote at this time.
Role and Responsibilities include:
· Receive incoming calls
· Log in calls into ITSM system
· Perform diagnostic and basic troubleshooting procedures
· Assign incidents to appropriate support groups
· Able to follow-up on incidents until resolution with assigned groups and clients
Required Skills and Experience:
· Three (3) years’ experience in customer service or Help Desk environment
· Strong time management and communication skills
· Bilingual (English and French)
· Knowledge of POS environments and/or IT environments
· Familiarity with store system environments
· Ability to adapt and prioritize work independently in a dynamic environment
· Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy or Service Now or equivalent required
· Experience working in a customer service role desired
Salary: From $21.00 per hour
